Just give it a rest... lot of sharp climbs in Markham

re-check your bike ergonomic (saddle height & position, stem size etc..)

next ride do an easy spinning on the road without pushing, it will help recovery

Some injuries are worse than others.. did u fall? Cuz I busted my ass back in Nov at Oleta and I haven't been able to ride much since then! So Advil can't help in this situation.

She said she spent 7 years working on knuckle heads like ourselves every week.

But she recommends Dr. Greg Gilot at the Cleveland Clinic. You may want someone more south but I hope it helps.

Something tells me you were trying to keep up with dada's dust. I am not there yet. Markham is too tight if you mess up especially on the climbs in back half. That gun range is down right filthy.

I went to Markham today.

Make sure your insurance covers it or your loaded. I have a bankart lesion and a slap lesion in my left shoulder. One of the best sports medicine docs was going to charge me $1500 just to sit in a chair. So i'm still in the process of saving lol.

It's just my right knee, inside... haven't hit it or anything, just been hurting lately when I ride. I just wanted some recommendations in case it continues and I end up having to see someone... thanks Mike!

about 2 years ago I thought I could fly of a picnic table at Markham... teared 3r & 4th degree my cross ligament in my left shoulder my arm was hanging down not pretty, same crazy cost to see a specialist here..

I search with friends a sport orthopedist surgeon in Europe since I had a place to stay: sent my x-rays & requested a quote/diagnostic estimation, to make a long story short after 2 surgery some wires removal all done with the same team now I am 99%

and had a total medical bill including physical therapy of $3400....no insurance all direct payed by me.

Michael More movie could have taken lot more shocking examples.

Not starting a discussion here just to say that there is a world out there with options that are sometime possible, I was able to take the plane by myself just suck it up...

Yikes, that's a lot of money dada. I think I tore something on my bicep, or bicep tendonitis, but the MRIs are so expensive I haven't done that yet! Hopefully with rest, (which is impossible not to move the right arm) it'll heal soon.

That was 1 re-constructive surgery close to 2 hours if I recall with 2 days stay at hospital + another surgery 5 weeks later... plus 10 visits of physical therapy etc...

Try at least $40K here...

OSOK, What about a GOOD chiroprator? I have a great chiropractor I go to. She can tell if I wrecked even if I don't let her know about my crash. On more than one occasion when my knees or back were hurting and I got adjusted the pain was simply gone.

Also bike fit can hurt your knees, back, neck or anyohter body part, but I am sure you are aware of that.

Injuries are annoying and depressing at times. Been there many times. Not biking only but exercising and sports in general. One good piece of advice is if you are prone to such things, it is always recommended you warm up really well. Especially in these colder days. In the past few days in this cold weather i have had a few old injuries just start to make themselves felt after years of not feeling them.. Once i warm up the muscle i will be using it usually subsides but still id recommend rest Osok. I know. It sucks. But thats probably what any Dr is going to tell you to do unless of course its something serious. But from your description and location of the pain i say rest and good warm ups when you restart once again.
