It's so much easier (and cheaper) to buy a box of 72 spokes all the same length. I'm building some disc wheels with Stan's Crest rims using super comp spokes. Looks like I will need 260mm spokes for 3 sides and 262mm for the fourth side (the front right side). Will using spokes that are 1.8mm too short (according to spoke calculator & mfg specs) have any impact on the finished product?

Yes, it can matter. Depending on how the spoke lengths are rounded, it may be OK or it may make it impossible to lace the wheel. The usual tolerance is +\-1mm. I would not use -1.8.

Wheelbuilder.com sells the exact number of spokes you request and choice of nipples.

And do not totally trust the published component specs. Measure them yourself to be sure.

Would it work to buy 261 mm spokes for all sides?
It might, but what are your exact spoke lengths for both wheels, each side. The bottom line is, the + or - 1mm rule of thumb is the way to go and is usually pretty spot on. To long of a spoke is every bit as detrimental to the build as one that is to short. You may be able to get away with 261s for all for positions, but without knowing your exact calculated lengths it's impossible for anyone to say.
