hello folks...whats the suggestive spoke length for lacing a 32 holed hub and rim using a 3 cross pattern? will be upgrading my wheelset soon..i ride aggressive xc and light AM

Agreed...
there is no magical spoke length that works for all 32h hub and rim combinations. Any give hub/rim combination will likely use different spoke lengths than any other combination due to differences in hub and rim dimensions between various manufacturers.
So, check out the links that Bikinfool gave you. You'll get a good handle on it from them. :thumbsup:
