Specialized web site?

The web group working on their web site deserves a swift kick in the arse! I cannot get to anything I want to view.
Is anyone else having problems with this?

I am trying to buy a used demo 8 and wanted some specs....nope.

Good thing I already know a lot about this bike. That sure would put me off if I didn't:nono:

Get over it. They are working on the site. Just be patient and understanding. It is a website. If you have information that you can't live without, then give them a ring.

The problems the website might have are EASILY circumvented. Take the initiative.

Of course, I have no troubles with the site and can get any information I want from it including any Demo specs offered.
Easy.....
I don't mean to offend anyone!

All I'm saying is, it has been a week and that is quite a long time for a site to be down.

Hmmm, you get everything just fine ehh?

Nice to know that if anyone has a problem they can come here and get verbally bashed too!
Sweet!

Thanks

Yeah. It is rough isn't it? Life is hard when the website that gives you instant information won't work for you. When that happens I too start threads on forums to complain about it. I mean afterall, when I can't have instant gratification to my every whim, I deserve to stamp my feet.

You don't have a problem that you haven't made up. Maybe you should have thought about that before you decided to "verbally bash" the fine people at Specialized that work on the website.

You of course didn't offend me, but maybe you could apologize to those that you might have offended.

And always remember. It is just a website, and it is one that works fine for me.
stomp....stomp...stomp...

OK, your right.

Sorry for the childish behavior, I will keep my bad comments to myself next time.
That was inapproriate forum behavior!

But for real, I have searched the web, all forums I could find and all other nonsense and still cannot get the demo 8 geometry. So if I apologize like a good boy will you post the geo up for me PLEASE :)

SORRY FOLKS...... :)
The site works fine for me and has been pretty much everyday.

What exactly is the problem? I can see everything on there at pretty much fast speeds as well.

I could be some setting or something with your browser. Who knows
It doesn't work for me either. But if you use the search feature and be very specific, it goes to the right page. Like "stumpjumper fsr expert" goes there.
Thanks guys.
Again....I take back my harsh words. Specialized has done great by me in the past. I jumped the gun a little.

I have done nothing different to my browser or computer for a while. All other web sites work fine? I have very fast connection speed w/no interruptions...

It may be my fault, in which case I will make another apology but, to have it not work all week is just strange.

If nobody else is having trouble, then this thread was useless and I am an idiot

It doesn't work for me now! BASTARDS! :D

Get with it Specialized! What has it been now? A month? How hard is it to get your pages to work? Just make your bloody pages work! What are you guys working on over there? Job security? Hehe.

Looks like I am the one that needs to apologize. For some reason for me today, I feel your initial sentiments more than I ever thought I would.

Sorry!

^That was cool of you dude.

Site works great for me. Just ask my credit card company.
Weird how some of you guys have no problem getting on the site and others of us haven't been able to get on in quite awhile. I haven't been able to access the site in over a week.

I don't know what it is about those fancy jsp pages they are using, but they don't work for me.
me too!

I haven't been able to access the Spec website since last week! :madman:

All I get is a white page [page is usually black right?] with some HTML-looking words and the big red "S". Clicking on everything doesn't do squat.

What gives?

That's exactly what i get!
I'm wondering if it's a browser or OS settings issue. I don't know much about these things, so I'm just guessing

It's just strange that it happened all of a sudden. I was able to access the site just fine until about a month ago.
Cheers! said:
go use firefox browser
just installed firefox, no dice, still the same, like the browser though.
