Specialized Tyres T5/7/9 - received items are older versions

Hi all, I'm from Singapore and I recently purchased a pair of Specialized tyres from their official (Singapore) website, specifically in the Eliminator Grid Trail T7 and Purgatory Grid T7 flavours. However, the ones I received were the non-T7 versions, or at least the T7 label was nowhere on both the boxes and the tyres, and I discovered this only after mounting the tyres.
I have tallied the product numbers with the the ones on the website (unsure if the same as the US, as I'm from Singapore), and they match, but the products I received are not the T7 versions that I intended to purchase.
Their customer service is now claiming that I received the right tyres as the product numbers tally, but I suspect that it's due to Specialized reusing the product numbers when they released the T7 versions of the tyres. Was hoping if anyone can help take pictures of your existing T5/7/9 Speshy tyres mounted on your wheels with the text clearly visible and eligible so that I can further argue my case with them?
I have attached the photos I have sent them so far (at their request), and also that of a Butcher T9 from my friend that obviously has the T9 label on the tyres.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, I'm aware of that. But the issue here is that the items I received are not the current versions.
I realised I put the wrong title, have edited for better accuracy.

Those are definitely the older versions. I would make sure you continue to try to prove your point with the place you purchased them from.
The MPN on those is correct and while they don’t have the T7 label that’s just what they’re calling the old compound. From what I understand Specialized didn’t release a new version of many tires for 2021 and rather just started using different sidewall graphics.

I’d measure the widths though. The newer in-house tires reportedly measure about 2.4 when choosing the 2.3 casing while sizing of some older models could vary pretty wildly.

Thanks, I have replied that on my above points already.

What?! You mean they are so lazy that they did not even update the text printed on the boxes?

I'll measure them just in case, thank you

Hello again everyone. Just here to update that Specialized Singapore has not replied to me since I've replied to them with the photos that I also provided in this thread. I've given up on any response from them with regards to any replacement, but am planning to blast them on social media to highlight this unethical practice on their end so that other riders will be informed. Good luck to me I guess.
