Specialized Ribcage: weight?

I'm looking to get the Specialized Ribcage Aluminum bottle cage. anybody have the weight on this thing? also, for those using this, how well does it hold ur bottles in while riding bouncy terrain? my lbs is selling for $16 flat.
(edit: wait thats the retail price, doh!)

while we're on the topic, whats a good bang/buck lightweight bottle cage?
