I am about to install Shimano XTR crankset to my SJ carbon HT using the supplied PF30 press in threaded cups from Specialized.
However, the XTR requires a 2.5mm spacer on the drive side for a 73mm shell but the flange of the press in thread cup is only 1.5mm.
Will this affect the chainline which result in bad shifting? Or would I need another 1mm spacer, which I hesitate because the axle length may not be enough.
