Fork Size
I've put a 100 mm fork on a bike intended to use an 80mm fork. It does change the geometry - a bit more difficult on the climbing but nicer on the descending. It's not such a big deal for me, since the bike is a single speed and I am standing on the climbs anyway. I would post on the suspension or fork forum for ideas.
