Sorry - I didn't see that you had posted there also. This is one of the frustrations with Specialized components: the lack of documentation. I picked up the Pro-Set 2 stem (which is actually a really nice stem) so that I could tinker with the handlebar height on my new bike and, while they printed the torque specs right on the stem for the steerer tube clamp screws, I can't find any info for how tight to make the handlebar clamp bolts. That's pretty basic info that should be easy to find.
I'd guess your options are either to (1) try following the thread and see if you can figure out what is going on yourself or (2) take it to a Specialized dealer and let them sort it out.
I'm sorry you're having issues, but it reaffirms my decision not to build up a new wheel on the stock hub that came with my frame. I'm thinking there's going to be a new Specialized Hi Lo rear hub on ebay shortly...
