so i where a specialized 44 road shoe. is this the size MTB shoe i need to be looking for.
I tried a 45 LG but that thing was huge and it turned out to be a 12us. so i'm lost when it comes to shoes. no I'm not a weight weenie , but I have a tight wad. nashbar has some good choices but not sure on the fit. just becuase of different brands and ther inability to have the same sizes.
