First post i think

I'm thinking of buying a Soul Cycles handlebar+stem from my friend. Soul Cycles doesnt have any of their components on their site, so I dont know if i'm getting a good deal or not. He is offering $30 for them. They haven't been ridden and the only scratch is the one pictured. If they look dirty thats cause I threw the stem on my bike to test it out. I don't know the model or anything.

Any opinions if it's a good deal or not?
