Are you riding with lycra on? That usually helps support your berries. Try a pair of synthetic briefs under your shorts if you are, for extra support. You didn't mention how often you ride, or anything else. If you've just started, this may be normal, although I gotta say the twins never hurt after riding, so I think it's still kind of strange. Make sure your saddle is LEVEL, as in stick a level on it and make sure it's not pointed up or down.
