My lower back is sore after coming back from biking trip to Mont saint Anne. I did not crash at all.

I was standing on the bike most of the time

First rule out bike fit

How's your hamstring and calf flexibility? Can you touch your toes?
Your core includes your entire posterior chain of muscles, including your glutes and hamstrings. Perhaps you have a weak core. DH requires a strong core, glutes and hamstrings.

Lots of stretching after riding and core work are super helpful.

I can touch my toes without any problems

Look up "weak core muscles." It's not hard to search. It's a pretty common term and I and kind of surprised that anyone finds it confusing.

My sore back was mostly due to a weak core. Lots of planks, bridges, crunches, etc helped that.
