Recently purchased two new bikes (4 yrs newer same models). The same shop/person fitted me (supposedly certified). After almost 2 months both hamstring muscle groups which connect behind & at the bend of the knee are sore the same or day after a longer ride. Never felt this in 4 yrs of riding.

From what I’ve read I may need to move the seat back or down slightly. Before I do so any other suggestions?

Thought it was getting used to the new geometry, saddle etc but by now I should have adjusted.
