I've been noticing over the past few weeks that my elbow's are sore. Specifically it's sore where the triceps meet the elbow. Last week it was the right side, this week the left side.

Anyone ever get this or have it? I'm assuming it's due to gripping the handle bars too tight or something but this is the first time I've had it happen.

try to not lock out your arms while riding ... try and keep them bent ... I get "tennis elbow" when I ride my rigid bike but not on my FS bike ... took about 6 weeks for it to heal
