Just need a reality check, according to Fox, a 7.875" x 2.25" RP3/RP23 is only available with the high volume air sleeve. I've seen 2.25" stroke shocks advertised with the "standard" air sleeve, is that a mistake? (meaning shock are really 2.00" stroke?)

My intent was to experiment by swapping the sleeve on my DHX Air (7.875 x 2.25) as some have done on the Turner board. The lower volume RP3 sleeve seems to help the mid travel blow thru issue. (Turners use 7.50 x 2.00, so no prob getting standard or high volume air sleeves)

Call Fox and tell them you want to buy the small air volume sleeve for an RP3 of the size you need. It is likely that the guy will be adamant about telling you it will not work with the DHX, if you mention it, that's what happened to me. I almost got in an argument with the guy, before I just asked him to forget the DHX and pretend this is for an RP3. The guy was actually cool, he called me back a few days later and told me he tried the mod on his DHX air and it worked. He even thanked me for the tip.

Already called, Fox only has HV sleeve for my size shock

That's the issue, I saw your post on the air sleeve swap, but for the 7.50" x 2.00" shocks both sleeves are readily available. For 7.875" x 2.25" no dice according to Fox, only high volume, they do have 7.875" x 2.00" in standard air sleeve. (but that will not work). The tech I spoke to was great, they just didn't have what I need/wanted (so it seems).

Might be a dead end..... I really wanted to try this.

My only other suggestion would bo to call PUSH and see if they know about the existance of the sleeve you're looking for.
