Some trail directions for Mt. Falcon please

Can someone tell me how to get from Mt. Falcon over to Lair o' the Bear. I have heard it is a pretty good ride starting from the bottom parking lot of Mt.F and going up and down into LOTB park and back to the parking lot. Any directions of how to get to the trail would be great. Thanks

Perfect. That was pretty much the same directions or landmarks I was told to look for.
