I can switch out the headset cup to a shorter one if you want to do the Megatrail MX/MegaSmash mulleted setup.

Yeah - Size 2 starts at 5' 4"...

Depends on a few things. Inseam and reach can change it too. 5'3" with long legs definitely. I wouldn't anyone shorter than that, or have a short inseam would necessarily be a guarantee.
