Specialized Stumpjumper Elite, FS . Had a Gary Fisher HT but sold it, prefer the FS. Loving it on the Socal trails.:)

2004 Stumpjumper Comp Disc 100 FSR (might be the longest bike name in history). Same frame as the Pro and Elite, but cheaper (yet good) component group. Have been slowly upgrading as things wear down.

Dream bikes: Turner or Ellsworth, but out of current price range..

I ride the same bike as you Loco, a large Turner RFX. I have a Lyrik up front with a PUSH'd DHX 5.0. This bike replaced an 04 Giant Reign, fantastic bike for AM riding also, but I wanted to run a coil shock which the earlier Reigns couldn't do, so I went for the Turner.

Titus motolite for nearly 2 years and then a Chumba XCL for the past 6 months.

I ride mostly cross country stuff, lots of fireroad climbing, singletrack and maybe a few days per year at Mammoth.

My ML is great, but the XCL is the funnest bike I've ever owned. It climbs and descends very well and the Pike coil is fantastic.

for my endurance racing and aggressive XC stuff I ride my Salsa Dos Niner. For everything else, I ride my salsa Dos Niner....

I'll be picking up a full suspension as soon as I have the funds / salsa comes out with a full suspension 29er.... (you hear that Jason, put me down for 1)

Intense 5.5, 6.6 and Tracer. I'm currently working on converting my Tracer into a Singlespeed. We'll see how she rides.

Overall, my favorite is my 5.5. So much fun to ride
I'm surprised you like your 5.5 better than a 6.6. Seems like the 6.6 would be more fun?

1) Castellano Silk Ti 29er w/sc32 fork
2) Niner mcr9, rigid w/midge mtn drops
3) Landshark roadbike for occasional pavement excursions
4) old beater Cannondale (26er)for pulling the kid's trailer.

After 20+ years of riding and multiple bikes, these are what I have decided are best for me. I have sold off all the other bikes and these cover all my needs. (for today).

They are all amazing bikes and and are fun in there own way. But, the Ti soft tail is perfect for my riding style, distances and terrain I ride.

Then again, how bad is it any time on any bike to get out and ride!

Happy trails, Tim
