I was lurking in one of the forums recently and saw someone talking about Arrow and how Trek warranty treated him right.

I didn't think Arrow was owned by Trek.

The ones I thought I knew of were...

that's it as far as I know....a few years back, they had something going with Rolf wheels, but I guess Rolf went under, and then resurrected itself independently of Trek...never heard of Arrow, to tell the truth

Trek is really trying to be the Microsoft of the bike world. I can see if they step in and help out a dying brand. But if it was dying before, why delay the inevitable?

maybe these companies go under because of bad business practices, not bad products. BTW, Trek also owns Tigra (some Eurotrash trekking bike co)

i thought i read somewhere that due to some crazy deal with nike they now own the rights to nike cycling apparel as well. anyone have info on this?
