That's been my primary worry with the new Yetis. I think Yeti will take care of you but do call them as soon as possible.
If you're going on vacation and there are some high-end bike shops at your destination, look for rdemos/rentals at those places. For example, I'm off to Breckenridge and a shop there rents Ellsworths Moment/Epiphany and several Rocky Mountains. However, since I have a new bike now, I'm taking it to test the heck out of it.
Keep us posted but the Yeti guys are really decent fellows and genuinely interested in taking care of customers. I would be very shocked if they didn't help you out and I would not be surprised to see those carbon flexpivots go away in the next year or two if more cases like this come up. This isn't the first time for breakage or delamination at that point.
