Closest I can tell is it is a 2001 or 2002

That makes it an 8 year old bike though it looks like it has the original tires and looks pretty fresh. Someone bought it and decided not to use it. New they were under $500. Feels like your basic Craigslist attempt for big dollars. $600? No way though being Craigslist someone might pay it. I wouldn't pay more than $300, $350 absolute tops.

Yeah i've been looking for another bike on craigslist, this is pretty much the norm around here. $600... it must come with a roof rack.

Aside from agreeing with Berkeley, I wouldn't buy from someone who is inflating the price that much - that screams dishonest seller.

I wouldn't offer more than $150 for that bike.

I am thinking of putting my bike on craigslist for $100 more than I paid for it since people pay it.... i'll be that guy.
