Which is the U.S. championships? Mt. Snow lists USA National Mountain bike champs and there is the NMBS finals in Snowmass. I don't get it. Usacycling.org doesn't list the Mt Snow event. Is one the 1 day champ and the other just the series finals?

I believe that Mount Snow is the one which you have to qualify for, and Snowmass anyone can race. Since I live just across Hagerman Pass from Snowmass, I am debating whether to heckel Floyd if he shows up at Leadville, or race at Snowmass.

Yes.... Mt Snow is the "one-day" championship race - where if you win your group, you get a stars & stripes jersey.

Snowmass is part of the regular old Nationals Series - and a great course too.

Are we all clear on this now?
