We are supposed to get snow, but it probably won't start until close to the end of the ride.

There is apparently still a fair amount of snow up there from the snow fall Sunday night/Monday morning.

Snow is sticking to the cars and the trees but not to the roads yet. I heard that there is 3 inches in Juanita and also there is snow on I-405 through Kirkland.

Thanks for the invite, I'm sorry I have to decline. I'm working until 10pm and I don't have trail worthy lights. If I can get home by 11 I might roll around Wallingford tonight.

I'm so glad I'm not driving in rush hour tonight.

I had a fun ride home from school on sidewalks and side streets in a couple inches of snow.. it was funny seeing all the people local to Seattle getting mega-excited. Can't say I didn't like it myself though I hope it doesn't turn to rain too soon so I can go out and mess around in it tonight when there is less traffic.

Good lights are worth the money.

Just bought a new set of NiteRider HIDs, last night was the first ride with them.

A big improvement from the 15W & 10W halogen NiteRiders I was using before.

You almost need a light during the day-same as a motorcycle. I have my 10w on the front of my bike. I decided to put it on the bars and turn it on in the daytime after a young kid pulled out from a stop sign and smacked me. I am still looking for an HID-almost got one cheap from Performance but they sold out and wouldnt substitute.
