The weather has been making us earn our rides on weekends lately, today was no exception. Picture is from the 1400 foot level of Green Mountain about 1/4 mile from the upper parking lot. Trail was rideable, however there was considerable over-hanging brush on the trail after being weighted down by two snowfalls in the past week. My gloves got wet, so my hands suffered a bit on the way back down. Temperatures were in the mid-thirties.

Note: Second picture is from the next day (Sunday)... Beaver Creek Trail

Cool. Glad to see someone's riding, I'm not.

We were up there sunday, it was a good ride, the snow makes it a better work out :D . We just bought some full helmets for the winter, it was really nice having our ears covered and warm while riding in the snow. We found that thanks to the 4 wheeler tracks the roads were pretty ridable, but a bit more work than usual. The view from the top was great, when we go there we were in a cloud then it cleared up while we were standing there so we had a cool view of the cascades and the clouds above and below us.
