We're going to be in Moab Fruita on 4/28-5/7. Does anybody know if The Edge in Fruita and Burro Pass in Moab will be snow free and ridable by then?

Tough to say, here is a picture over easter weekend of the la salles.

I saw some online photos of Burro Pass taken in July. There were small patches of snow (not on the trail). So it may be hard to tell. But down lower, it should be good to go.

How do you get to the Burro Pass trailhead? Is it out Sand Flats road, or the La Sal Loop road, or what?

Absolutely no chance on Burro Pass. None. I imagine that the Edge Loop in Fruita would be easily clear, but I'm not a Fruita Local.
