Anyone riding Cedar Rock Trail or Big Rock Trail in Dupont State Forest the next few days should allow 30 minutes extra for eating blueberries. Both trails are lined with blueberry bushes that are loaded with RIPE berries...

Please don't forget to leave some berries on the plants for the local wildlife. Stripping the bushes "bear" just is not cool for them. They can't go the grocery store or fruit stand and buy their food.
Good point pisgahrider. I rode up to Stone Mtn for the first time today. Nice way to get away from the crowds and I definitely enjoyed some blueberries. There is plenty left too!
