What do you think of this ream job from the factory? New frame.

Does the post fit?

It looks pretty chunky, but if the post fits and stays, don't worry about it. If the post doesn't go in or won't stay put, throw a fit.

One thing to add is one the seat post is in and snugged down with the clamp see if there is any fore / aft play or ticking noise coming from the interface. If there is then it is a sign of a potential latent failure.
