I was hoping this guy's case might get some review. Seems to me the poor guy's punishment does not fit the crime. The developer who built the building to tall next to Montgomery Field got a pass from the city but this guy is being roasted. Calling building a trail a grading infraction and getting a huge fine for it is crazy. I am going to get some info to corroborate his story but thought some out there might have some ideas too.
