while trying to remove the dust wipers i slipped with a screwdriver and of course hit the bushing. It's pretty minor but it does kind of create a tiny bump I can feel with my finger when i slide over it.

how big of a deal is this?

Doesn't look like a major deal. I'd burnish it down with something hard with a smooth rounded tip. Depending on how the results feel, I might hit it very locally with some fine emery cloth working it with the tip of a small diameter rounded rod.

I've blended in spots like that using Scotchbrite pads (brown is coarse, green is medium) and water on far more critical surfaces. Just go slow and thoroughly clean out the leg when you're done.
