last saturday I stripped my xce and converted it to a skibike.
The build isn't completed yet ... the saddle will re repositionend before
riding. Maybe there is enough snow this weekend already?
A shorter stem is on my list ... BMX style is short enough?

Uh

Sonovabiotch, this forum is getting way to high tech for me. Wait a minute, I think there were some 3D glasses in this weeks TV Guide for the viewing of "Medium". I wish they'd film "Vegas" in 3D the, ah, depth of field would be more prominent.

;) Nice job Ritzel - keep pushing the envelope.

The shorter stem depends on you, I prefer the real short set up. But thats me. Also on your rear ski, change the tension on the spring and get more load on it, that way the ski tip will hit the underside of the BB shell area, then put some boot fitting foam, shoe goo, or something that will hold up in the spot where the ski and the frame come together. By loading up the rear ski spring more, you have less chance of stuffing the rear tip in the snow hard sending you for an instant flying endo.

Damm, that ski bike stuff is so wicked it almost makes this lizard think about going out in the cold...almost.

My kid has a stack of 3D glasses sitting next to the PC...Kewl!
I used them on a pic of TE once...All I got was the finger.:p
