hey everyone, I'm planning on buying a single speed onversion kit for my bike, either a dmr or a gusset kit.
I'm planning on running a 32t deity sprocket in the front.. what kind of rear gear ratio would be good for dirt jumping/ street/ a little bit of freeride and enduro? for example 32t:18t
thanks for the help

I use a 34 x 18 combo for everything. I ride streets, paths, and trails. Granted I live in the mountains of VA, so your terrain may be different. One nice thing about the Performance Forte kit that I picked up is that it came with 16, 18, and 20 t cogs so that the right gear could be found. Now when I go home for the summer (home being tidewater VA) I will likely switch to 34 x 16 to make life a little more interesting. Also, check to see what other people of your fitness level in your area are running. Good luck.
