Just replacing the stock KMC chain on my 29er Monocog. I'm a 250 pounder and much of my riding is standing and pounding up technical hills. The chain has been quiet and hasn't given me problems but looking for something that lasts a bit longer. I've been pretty happy with KMC chains for different applications, just calling out to see if somebody has run across something better and still affordable.

I have had good luck with the sram pc1 chain. also good luck with the KMC kool chains.

Thanks for the tip. I like Sram chains I've used and have heard good things about the kool chain.......good to get advice from someone with similar needs. Thanks.

I've tried a bunch of different singlespeed chaing, I've not found a better one than the KMC 610.
