I have read you should order up a size and I have also heard they are true to size. I wear a size 16 american standard width, should I order a 51 which they say is a 16 or 52 (17). Anyone with Sidi experience would be of great help.

It depends how true to size you are. I'm a 44.75 with a normal cycling sock on. My 45 Sidi's fit perfect. I would say they are a hair undersized.

I went to a LBS where they sell Sidis and got sized, then ordered them from crc for 150... I wear a twelve, and my size is a 47 perfect fit. I dont know if this helps AT ALL

i wear 15/16 in am standard...ordered 50 mega wide...snug but not tight...fit beautifully...!

I would absolutely size up. My size 52, medium width Dom. 5's are comparable to my size 51 Diadora's. The Sidis quite are snug with very thin socks in the length and the width. I typically wear a size 16 shoe and a 17 sneaker (Nike for instance), always in a medium width.

Thanks for your inputs, I measured my feet and my right is barely a 16 and my left is about a 15 plus a hair. The widths are normal on the narrow size. I am going to try the 51's. If they are to small I can send them back and I will only be out the shipping costs. Thanks again

I wear a 14 shoe, and ride with SIDI 50 narrow (slim). For what that's worth.
