I have an 06 Rush 1000 and I have removed the lefty without much problem. In trying to re-install the fork, I was unable to get the steerer tube re-installed and bent the upper bearing seal in the process. Where does one get more of these seals and does anybody have any tips to re-install the lefty without damaging the seal?

Is it bent beyond being usable? You can get the seal from a Cannondale dealer. To put the Lefty back on, it's not that hard, just hold the seal in place when the steerer gets near... have a friend help out if you need or tape the seal in place with two pieces of masking tape or something.
