This is an asr5 right? What exactly is the descrepancy you're seeing? All I can see is one of the washers is slightly off center. Not a big deal, but you could recenter it and re-torque it. Be sure to use a torque wrench, that is a sensitive area.
Other than that i don't see anything. Unfortunately mine is in pieces right now waiting for new bearings so I can't compare.
Looks like you've got a poorly stamped washer, or the wrong size.
If the washer can offset far enough that the outer edge will cross the edge of the bolt hole, you need to replace it before use. If not, you're ok until you get a replacement from the mfg or local hardware store.
