im only saying... you might find a Yeti SN decoder, or maybe a Bontrager SN decoder or a Potts...

I don't think there are too many shop mechanics that know the date, batch and plant codes on a cookie cutter from the orient. But maybe someone will surprise me.

Show us the details of the frame. Probably easier to identify it that way.

Based on the vintage of most of the parts on the frame I don't think it's an off shore frame. Nobody was doing off shore Ti that far back.

I had a Russian built ti frame in '93 and I know there were a good number of folks playing with it in Asia too. If the BB is Italian threaded it could be Russian.
