What shoes and pedals do you ride with and how to you like it? Post pictures if you have them.

Pedals- fly bmx pedals
Shoes- Nike oncore, blue with neon yellow laces :) have to be seen

Nice grip but at times a little to much.

I love those 5.10 Rennies, and wish I could have found a pair in a US 10. Too bad they stopped making them too, they are definitely cool. The glossy black and red ones they made after those, were butt ugly IMO.

Hi-impact, and Rennie...Vans for dry riding.

Anyone using Nike 6.0, I'm looking at the hi-cut models. Do they last long and is it grippy?
The shoes I use are part of the 6.0 line. I like the box shapes they have on the bottom, the pins stick into them and hold real well. Ive noticed most of the new 6.0 aren't as puffy as they used to be. I liked the puffy ones more since they had a little padding all around but aren't as big as normal skate shoes

I find myself moving away from 5.10s this season. I have a pair of Shimano SH AM40s that I'm liking because I can feel the pedals better through the sole. The sols of the A40 wear out quickly though. I will be picking up a set of Vans in the next few weeks, can't go wrong with Vans and a good set of pedals IMO.

5.10 impacts feel too much like a boot to me. No feel through the sole at all. They stick like crazy though...

You guys sure like your 5.10s
The reason is due to 5.10 is a rock climbing shoe manufacturer, the rubber on the base is VERY high traction.

Most people who consider a competitors rubber unfortunatly are miss-informed, or lack the skill to take advantage of it (trust me it is a skill, almost ten years of clinging to rock faces working out what it is capable of, and more importantly, what it isn't).

The five ten shoes themselves are pretty poor, but the shoe is unimportant, it is the sole that grips to the pedal.

you can have 5.10 soles put on any shoe. just search 5.10 resoler.

That way you can have a shoe that fits, with a sole that sticks.
