Bike24 started selling Cane creeks full-service kits online in addition to Fox and RockShox. Nubuk-bikes in Germany sells Formula and Cane Creek seals, spare parts and tools. You can also get seas from ANSO suspension. I have their shock vacuum bleeder and it's more than enough for the advanced home mechanic! Highly recommend. General tools and additional proprietary tools for Öhlins, Fox, Cane Creek and RockShox can be bought through Andreani or Innteck Italy (mostly Andreani tools).

Even though the seals and spare parts are quite easily available, it is still very hard to get service manuals for shocks other than Fox or RockShox and maybe Manitous. I have sourced all the files for Öhlins, EXT basic rebuild and Cane creek DBair / coil but what I'm missing is the DBinline / DBair /coil [il] service manual. I know it may not be too complicated but I like to be prepared before opening such a delicate piece of equipment. Does anyone have this manual to share?

Not sure if CC's position has recently changed, but when I owned their shock a few yearse ago they actively discouraged people doing any sort of maintenance at home. Hence they would not sell parts, tools, or provide any instructions.

I think that is still the case. It still does not stop you from doing it especially when european online stores sell every single tool and spare part for this shock. Either they dont respect cane creeks business model or cane creek is changing theirs.

I suspect and hope, that it is the latter! Maybe reach out to CC and see if they will provide instructions now.

Good luck with it. They made pretty good equipment but it was frustrating not being able to do a basic air can service at home.
