I have an 05 Magura Asgard with the Lockout. The instructions say to add 2.5 bar for models with the lockout. I have been using 4-5 bar according to the graph in the instruction booklet. Am I supposed to be adding an additional 2.5 bar to this? Over 5 bar seems to be pretty stiff. I weigh 180# if that helps.

Also, will hanging my bike upside down cause oil to leak or cause problems in the fork?

My understanding was that you add the additional pressure only to the lockout leg. I'm not sure though as my asgard is non-lockout.

Storing upside-down will be fine. It should not leak.

I didn't even know that I can add pressure to the lockout leg? Does that cap come off?

Pass... Like I said, mine is a non-lockout so I've no experience of the lockout version. Just experiment until you get a feel you like.
