shipping brake rotors. howto?

I need to ship a brake rotor to someone. would they be OK in one of those bubble padded envelopes?

If you really wanted to be safe go buy some used goodwill hardback book, and sandwich them in that.
On the outside:
"Photos, do not bend"

Or just use one of the boxes from recent parts purchase ;oP
It's a lump of stainless steel, just put it in a Jiffy bag. If it somehow gets jammed in something that'll bend a steel rotor, a couple of pieces of card/book covers aren't going to be of much use.

What he said. Bending one when it's bolted to your bike is one thing, it's a lot harder when they're on their own.
