Anyone have any experience rebuilding M647 pedals? I found the parts list & breakout pdf on Shimano's website but looking for step-by-step instructions or a video before getting started. They are great pedals but after a few years are not spinning well and making a clicking noise. I figure a rebuild/re-grease will solve the problem.

TIA

I have removed the needle bearings and bushings then cleaned them with alcohol and regreased. That seemed to do the trick. I imagine you could order the bearings from the LBS. I found that a little cleaning a regreasing kept these pedals problem free for years.

YMMV.
