Ugh. The spring tension screw for my PD-959 pedals vibrated out somewhere one the trail, rendering that side of the pedal useless. This in spite of the fact that I had Loctited it so that this very thing would not happen. I called the LBS to get another and they said it's not in the Shimano parts catalog. This is an expensive pair of pedals and I don't want to toss them because I lost a screw worth a few pennies. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

How can you call them? Their website doesn't give a phone number or an email address, so it would appear they don't want consumers contacting them directly.

Call them directly. There was another thread here about someone who had to get some shimano pedals warrantied. They replaced or fixed them no hassle.
I just got off the phone with them. They said if I send them the pedals- BOTH pedals only- they will evaluate them for warranty replacement. A very kind MTBR member has offered me a spare pedal to cannabalize for parts. I think I'll go that route, since who knows how long it would take Shimano to process the pedals, or what final verdict might be. But it is nice to know that Shimano is willing to have a look.
