Long story short - I bought a used "pandemic bike" and now among other nasty surprises I have to look for a used good condition vintage Shimano XTR free hub axle with both cones (for FH-M950) to replace the damaged ones on my hub (see images).

I am open to reasonable offer as what I see on eBay is insane ;(

I know it's a long shot - even if you don't have one but have lead on where I can find one please drop me a line.
