Hello! I’m wondering what ROAD cassette works with a 10 sp XTR shifter. (I’m looking for a tighter range on my cassette.)

any of them, so long as you use a 10spd mtb derailleur. cog spacing is the same.

On my commuter i use a 11-28 + M780 shifter and M781 derailleur (none-clutch)

Shifting is not perfect, moving towards the end of the cassette is a bit laggy. Indexing is 100% and it works perfectly with an 11-36 cassette.

Go for it!

Edit: You could get a Zee DH or Saint with mode convertor, they are designed for a 11-28, have a different B-Link so the derailleur tracks the cassette better.
