Hey guys i just caved and replaced my rear 2 yr old calliper it was leaking from the left piston. The brake was squealing and the rotor was discoloured on that side i could see tiny bubbles at the piston when I pressed the lever hard.
When I took the pads they were soaked and were only 2 months old unfortunately.
I have heard you can rebuild them with fresh HOPE seal kit .
Have any of you done this??
I would rather repair it and retain as a back up instead of tossing it.Hate through things out.
