I currently have a 3x7 drivetrain in my bike which I’m replacing, and was wondering if it’s possible to remove and re use the cranks from it? And if so what the BCD is? Attached is the specific crankset I have.

You can remove it with a tool called a crank puller, or have your LBS do it.

According to Bikewagon the chainrings are riveted so you can’t reuse.

It means you can't replace the chainrings because they are riveted on instead of screwed on. So if this is related to your other post about 1x12, this crankset is not a candidate.

But yes, you can remove it with a tool like this, or have the LBS do it if you don't plan on servicing cranksets with a square-taper in the future.
