Okay i just bought my friend sherman (130mm can be lowered to 90mm via a knob) regular axle to...

I just want to know if i can run the fork a 90mm without problem (on dj and xc)
because my bike feel a little bit raked at 130mm ?

i have eard that running a sherman a its lower setting can damage it .... blablabla

the lower setting was not made to take big hits, it would be fine for XC, but maybe not DJ.

The lower travel setting is strickly made for climbing. The teeth that hold the fork in the lower setting can break or strip if put under stress, like in DJ.

Lower setting is strictly for climbing or cruising. Any hard riding will break the travel adjuster. There is a way that you can reduce the travel internally, but it's kind of complex. I've reduced 3 or 4 of them.

because the fork will be used (not for a long time) on my xc bike

I can lower them to climb hills (like marzocchi eta) and i need to put it at full travel for anything else
