A friend of mine's Sherman is in desperate need of service. I scoured the Manitou tech manual section and found no clear explanation of the oil amounts in cc or type requried to refill the fork. Any info will be appreciated. Also, how can you tell apart the 03 from the 04? Is there any difference?

The 03 model had TPC damping and 150/130 of travel. The 04 model has SPV and 150/110 travel.
About the oil amount: When I serviced mine, I measured the distance betwen the bottom end of the slider and the surface of the oil, if you know what I mean. It was about 11cm or about 4,3 inches.
