Shed Recommendations?

Hey there -- visiting for the holidays from Seattle and made a last minute decision to bring a bike with me. After all these years, never ridden the Shed and stoked to finally have the chance on this trip. I've been checking out trailforks, and it's overwhelming -- so much great stuff out there!

Anyone have suggestions on a good loop to pedal without a shuttle? Probably have 3 to 4 hours to ride, and I've got my short travel GG Trail Pistol (130/120) so big hucks are probably out. Boundary looks awesome, but not sure how to hook it up -- climb out 3 saws?

Would love some beta and would be happy to return the favor if anyone finds themselves out in the PNW! Might even try to get out tomorrow...

Yes “3 saw” is the standard climb

And one loop must include Kubla Khan! Mousetrap and the other offer shorter downhills and link up 2/3 of the way up 3 saw for some quick loops. Can’t go wrong starting there.

You can shuttle Boundry, lawnmore/Cotovid and Kubla from the same parking lots. None of them require a big travel bike.

Just got back from a great southside loop in crazy-awesome weather...almost couldn't be better. Got about 12 miles and 3k in while the wife hiked. Really fun descents on Kubla Khan, The Nose, Boundary and Catovid.

Thanks all for the beta -- definitely the best trails I've ridden in the area, and now I'm trying to figure out whether I can get back out there to sample some more of the goods before I head back west. Kudos to the builders!

If you like Kubla then you’ll definitely enjoy of rest the Shed. Boundary, Nose and Catovid aren’t typical at the Shed, they are more like one of the kind. If you like the features on Kubla then check out the Push trails area. Park at Hamburg Rd and just head North. At the bottom of each run, just go back up via Fishing Creek Rd.
Probably going to hit the Shed tomorrow again, shooting for about 10:30-11. Planning to park at Hamburg and head for the push trails. If anyone’s planning to be out and willing to tour a Seattle punter, lmk. There’s likely a beer in it for you!
